Moab, UT!

Vacation!!! James and I had a great vacation camping in Moab. We missed our little monkey (who stayed home being fully entertained by Papa Dave) but enjoyed the time together.
We biked some slick rock with a great view of the La Sal Mountains, Gemini Bridges and hiked in Arches Nat'l. Park. We love playing in the Utah deserts, can't wait for the next trip.

Tulip Festival!

A few weeks ago Blake and I, along with our friend Anne, drove to Woodburn, OR to visit the Tulip Festival.
We had a wonderful day filled with sunshine, laughter and beauty... We rode in the wooden shoe train, tried on giant wooden shoes, smelled the flowers, raced rubber duckies, had ice cream, played in a hay maze and much more.

Easter Basket

We are going to an Easter Egg hunt tomorrow morning. I can not wait to see Blake scramble for the plastic eggs, hopefully not knocking down any other kids.... I think he gets it this year. He knows they contain "treats!"
